

We often wait until things are in crisis before reaching out. Perhaps you are reading this and want to make contact, but feel afraid to talk because you don't know me, or the things you want to talk about are very painful or difficult.
Calling me does not mean you have to tell me anything, you don't have to do anything at all. If you did choose to meet we can talk and you might decide counselling isn't for you - no problem. Hopefully you will feel the difference talking can make and choose to return.
Due to the nature of my work I often can't answer the phone right away, but I will get back to you when I'm next free.
Alternatively you can use the contact form to drop me an email. I'm happy to answer basic questions though I cannot offer 'counselling by email'.
